We got a slide for Rebecca's room (2ft tall, 3ft long) for her third birthday. It doesn't really fit, but the big win is it makes it more fun for her to get out of bed by herself in the morning. (Since we lofted her bed about 2.5 feet a couple weeks before that.) So now she's stopped yelling for us to come and get her out of bed and carry her into our bed every other morning. (She was doing it herself maybe half the time.) Loss - the middle of Rebecca's room, win - a much nicer more gradual wake-up for us. Which of course will be shattered in the next month, but hey, I've been enjoying it for the past two.
